In discharging this mandate, the institute sets and enforces high ethical standards and promotes excellence in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills among its members.

To boost its capacity to implement major initiatives outlined in its strategic plan, the institute would like to fill the following vacancies:

Manager, Training & Development (CR 004)

The successful candidates will have a minimum of a master’s degree in industrial relations, human resource management or related disciplines. The job requires a minimum of five years training experience and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Manager, Finance & Procurement (CR 005)
The requirement is for a qualified chartered accountant with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience acquired in a reputable organization. Candidates with drive, commercial mind set and proficiency in the use of accounting packages have a distinct advantage.

Manager, Corporate Services (CR 006)
The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in arts/ social sciences plus five years cognate experience. Incumbent to posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a high net worker and a member of Nigeria institute of public relations (NIPR).

Assistant Manager, ICT Services (CR 007)
The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in computing/ science plus three years cognate experience with a reputable organisation. Incumbent to posses drive and passionate to achieve the strategic objective of the institute regarding ICT services to its members.

Research Officer (CR 008)
The position requires a minimum of a BSc degree in any of the social sciences and at least three years experience in a research institute, organisation or an institution of higher learning. Candidate to posses quantitative and problem solving skills.
