Reporting to the HR Resourcing & Development Manager , the position will provide assistance on Resourcing & Development activities in the Asset.
Candidate should possess a University degree or its equivalent; HR professional with adequate exposure to HR best practice; HR Generalist experience is required.
Key Accountabilities
• Provide support during the Headcount planning process
• Assist in the management of the relationships with Recruitment agencies including Contractor agencies
• Manage the processing of New Hires and separating employees (reference checks, induction, exit procedure etc.)
• Report on all Resourcing activities (Headcount, campaigns etc.) and track all recruitment activities
• Assist in the management of the Nigerian Graduate program
• Assist in the co-ordination of the Annual Development Review and the Annual Performance Review activities
• Coordinate all training and development activities in the Asset
