Candidates should also have four (4) years experience of which Two (2) years in performance management/coordinating staff recognition programmes. Experience in a project management environment will be a plus.
The main responsibilities include:
- Provide support in the implementation of IPF across the organization
- Provide enlightenment to staff regarding the IPF and recognition programmes
- Assist with the implementation and coordination of employee performance management PPP’s and communication
- Maintain the performance management database and files – electronic and physical databases
- Provide general HR performance reports and specific IPF reports as requested
