Coaching and developing the Pursers to ensure they have the skills and tools required to

standard of customer service.

Ideally a minimum of 5 years flying experience, with at least one of these being as a Purser.

• Computer literate and able to use Word / Excel / Email.
• To be positive and confident in their approach.
• An ability to demonstrate a broader business understanding particularly of the Virgin Nigeria Brand
• An ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team of Cabin Crews
