GE’s Oil & Gas business is a world leader in advanced technology equipment and services for all segments of the global oil and gas industry. GE Oil & Gas is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and possess at least 5 additional years of experience in a financial position at a manager level. Fluent in English (written and Verbal) and MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates accountability for functional, business and broad company objectives.
- Develops local talents to grow finance organisation and maximises use of shared service platforms.
- Improves ERP system and expands financial services/activities locally available to support regional business growth.
- Integrates processes and controls that both meet business needs across the organization and target region and remote site specific risks.
- Involved in long-term planning.
- This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise.
- Serves as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
- Provides insights into business performances and visibility on local results and initiatives through regular management reviews.
