Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree Preferably in the social sciences the ideal candidate and 1-3 years marketing experience in a fast moving consumer goods (FCMG) environment.
Tool of trade vehicle provided and work is carried out mostly in the field. A valid drivers license (Extensive local travel) and candidate may be required to work extended hours/weekends.
The main responsibilities include:
- Manage sub dealers growth and development to create a pull effect in terms of distributor’s sales
- Influence sub distributors to patronize MTN distributors
- Conduct trade visit as agreed with Channel Development Manager
- Maintain call cycle
- Implement all promotions and company objectives as regards point of sale items and signage and analyze impact of such in territory covered
- Evaluate and escalate dealer problems/complaints to the relevant departments
