Zain Nigeria is recruiting for a Executive Personal Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, in the Marketing Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing the Chief Officer’s Office as well as administering all departmental activities.

Candidate will possess a good university degree in Business / Social Science or it’s equivalent and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Effective Time and Diary Management for the Chief Officer
• Develop and maintain records and information systems in accordance with office policy and procedure
• Handling all mails and ensuring necessary actions are taken
• Assist in organizing and maintaining systems for the storage and retrieval of information
• Provide an effective interface between the Chief’s guests and other members of the company
• Co-ordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Officer and Consultants
• Prepare weekly meetings and ensure minutes are accurately recorded and communicated to all Directors
• Co-ordinate all events relating to the Marketing Group
• Co-ordinate office maintenance and repairs of office equipment and furniture.
